Since our founder's first transcontinental flight at age 3 he has remained airborne in his pursuit of international experience. His passion for mobility and the automobile industry provided rich experiences with well-known automotive brands, both traditional and startup, on multiple continents. The accumulated global experience now stands ready to serve your company.
With each overseas assignment he built a vocabulary for intercultural business environments. Layering this cultural know-how on his business skills provides a formidable toolbox with focus on strategy, sales, marketing, customer service, dealer networks, product planning, business development, new product launches, and general executive leadership.

JOHN JÖRN STECH
Founder and Principal
Through career alchemy John leveraged a university degree in chemistry and molded it into a lifelong automotive career. He has worked on the commercial side of the car business at respected automakers such as Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automotive), Volvo Cars, and VinFast. He maintains a vast network in these companies and across many more.
He has lived and worked in the USA, Egypt, Russia, and Vietnam, and while responsible for Volvo's Latin America / Canada Region he visited and worked with many of the countries in the Americas. Roles he has held include Region Vice President, Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Vice President of Strategy & Sustainability.
An international automotive expert with the motto "Live Global, Rock Local", John embraces local cultures, especially enjoying the world's rock music! His interest in nature and the outdoors have seen him shift his focus to EVs and alternative energy transportation.
